Chakra Connection Session

Our energy affects how we communicate with our world. Chakras are energy centers in the body that help us to communicate. When they are not connected properly you may feel physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually out of balance.

Getting a chakra connection session is one thing you can do to re-balance, connect and clean out the stuff that is causing you to feel out of alignment. Feelings, emotions and physical problems happening to you can all be connected to your chakras or energy centers. Knowledge is power, when you know what you need to work on in your chakras you have the power to reconnect and balance you so you can be an effective communicator.

I love helping to connect you with the greatness that is inside of you. In Chakra connection sessions this is one of the things we can focus on. Energy and mindset are held within the energy centers or chakras of the body. Understanding how your energy is flowing (or not flowing) is helpful to be able to correct and re-balance you, so you can reach the greatness within you.
Results you may have can include: less anxiety, joy in the everyday, you are willing let yourself shine. You feel deeply connected with who you are. You find your boundaries are easier to maintain. You are comfortable in your own skin, you don’t feel the need to apologize for who you are or how you do things. Physical problems lessen*.  Shame rolls off your back because you can stand up and say ‘this is me, and I like me.’
